Gmail™ Notifier is an open-source project that notifies you about incoming emails from all your Google Mail accounts and labels.Don't forget to activate it if you don't want to launch the application manually every time. In addition, you can select the 'Launch at Login' option if you want Gmail Notifr to run automatically when you start your computer. You can also use the 'Check' option to check the status of the inbox at any time. Gmail Notifr uses Growl and lets you choose the sound for the notifications when a new email arrives. You can add email accounts in the preferences panel and set the frequency of notifications, too. The application installs a menu bar icon from which you can access its functions. Gmail Notifr is an alternative to Google Notifier, developed by Rub圜ocoa and designed to send notifications when an email appears in the inbox of one or more Gmail accounts.
